Justin Paulsen
IT Manager
Justin Paulsen is a former senior call centre manager at CCN. During his tenure as Call Centre Manager he managed two of CCN's largest call centres for an international mobile provider and for the largest South African ISP.
After a short sabbatical from CCN he was recruited back to be the IT Manager. Justin has vast experience in IT and managing large IT installations. This, coupled with his operational know how and service delivery mind has already started to add value to the ever growing IT team.
