John Alberti attained a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and has been in the technology and service industry for over 30 years. John has started and headed a number of successful ventures.
Over the last 15 years, John has been interested in business strategy consulting and acted as executive or non-executive director on the board of a number of companies.
John has been in the call centre industry for over 10 years, both in terms of consulting and outsourcing. John can now claim to have been responsible for building 2 of the leading call centre outsourcing companies in South Africa.
John took the helm of Call Centre Nucleus in 2002 with the goals of re-positioning the business for competitiveness in the international arena, developing the operation to international best practice and expanding the business to achieve and maintain a leadership position.
These goals have been achieved and under John's leadership, CCN is now recognized as a successful outsource service provider with a unique management culture and a reputation for quality of service delivery.
